Felicia has over 20 years of experience in combat skills training, including retiring from law enforcement as a Lieutenant and is a United States Army combat Veteran.
She has been an innovator in the public safety field. She has developed supervisor courses in law enforcement, and recently led her agency in the creation and implementation.
For Felicia, it's about equipping individuals and organizations with the tools to thrive in critical moments. These skills go beyond theoretical knowledge; they are practical, honed through years of experience in crisis management. Felicia's approach involves not just imparting information but instilling a mindset of preparedness and resilience.
